Marmi also has over 25 years of ministry experience. The first half of that time was with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship – serving as both a Campus Minister and an Area Director. The second half of that time has been in the area of Spiritual Formation – leading groups and retreats and providing one-on-one spiritual direction. She spent six years under the leadership of Ruth Haley Barton at The Transforming Center – first as a participant and then as a member of the intercession and serving team. She has an undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and was trained as a Spiritual Director at Richmont Graduate School.
