Gordon is a certified Spiritual Director via the organization Sustainable Faith with additional care training from The Barnabas Center, a Christian Counseling & training organization in Richmond, VA. Prior to Spiritual Direction, Gordon spent 27 years in Corporate Talent Acquisition and Human Resources and ran his own Executive Recruiting firm for 7 years. Gordon moved towards spiritual direction out of his deep longing to see others develop an increased appetite for God that could lead them to a deeper and more transformed walk as they follow Jesus Christ. Gordon lives in the Richmond, VA area with his wife. He has two grown daughters and two goldendoodles.
