Brad has over 25 years of experience in the areas of spiritual formation and leadership development. For nine years he served as the Pastor of Community & Spiritual Formation at Hope Church in Richmond, VA. Prior to that, he was on staff with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship for 16 years – first as a Campus Minister at Wake Forest University and then as an Area Director for campuses in Eastern Virginia. He holds degrees from the College of William & Mary and from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He is also a graduate of Renovare’s Institute for Christian Spiritual Formation.
